Nuclear Energy

Iran has begun testing nuclear energy in Bushehr on Wednesday. This was a Russian built plant that started out as a German one. The German workers did not finish it and in 1994 Russia finished it. Since both German and Russian designs were used, the testing was delayed. This raises question to what Iran will do with it's nuclear energy.
